I'm Santiago Estrada. I've spent years building software where the hard part isn't the code but the decision: what to automate, what to leave to a person, and how to make a complex system feel simple from the outside.
I work mostly in applied AI — agents, orchestration, data pipelines — and on the interfaces that make them usable. I'm interested in the exact point where engineering meets design: an elegant architecture nobody understands is worth nothing.
